Farhan Akhtar shares Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara 2 update; says 'Hrithik, Katrina have told...'

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is one of the most succesful movies of Zoya Akhtar. The filmmaker helmed the 2011 film with a star cast of Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif, Farhan Akhtar, Abhay Deol, and Kalki Koechlin. It's been over a decade since ZNMD was released, but it remains relevant. Fans have been waiting for a ZNMD sequel to be made for the longest time. And in a recent chat, Farhan shared an update about Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara 2.

In an interview with Raj Shamani, Farhan Akhtar had something to share about the Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara sequel. While Akhtar initially told the interviewer that he needed to ask Zoya about ZNMD 2, he added that he would 100% do the sequel if it was made. "I’ll give my left arm to do it. Hrithik, Katrina, Abhay, everybody has told Zoya to please think of something. In all fairness, she’s hoping for that penny to drop," said Farhan.

Much before the ZNMD actor spoke about the film's sequel, Zoya had earlier teased a second installment of the movie. Speaking with ANI, the director mentioned she would make the Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara sequel if she found soul for part two.

"We don’t want to do it just for money. When the audience comes to watch the second part, they will have a certain expectation, and we must give it to them; otherwise, they won’t be happy," Zoya said.
