Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives: Sameer Soni reveals the latest development in the second season

The 2020 hit reality show Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives on Netflix is coming back with a sequel. The series primarily stars Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey, Seema Khan and Neelam Kothari. Filmmaker Karan Johar announced the second instalment of the show earlier this year in March, while Neelam's husband Samir Soni has recently revealed some latest development in the highly-anticipated show.

In a recent chat with OTTplay, Samir said that the second season will kickstart soon. However, the dates are yet not confirmed. “I haven’t started shooting as yet. They were gonna start the shoot but because of Covid, I guess it got pushed. But now, it should start shooting soon,” he said. He did not reveal any more details saying that he has no idea what exactly is going to happen and how the second season will begin.

Meanwhile, in an earlier interaction with journalist Janice Sequeira, KJo revealed that the four ladies are very special to him and have been so for nearly two-and-a-half decades. “But I want to tell you, the origin of this show happened on a flight," he added.

However, the prep for the upcoming season has already started. On an Instagram post last month, Neelam shared a picture with her three girls and captioned, “Can’t wait to start #fabulouslivesofbollywoodwives Season 2 with these crazy ones! #prep #letsrocknroll #cantwait (sic).”
