EXCLUSIVE: Sheeba Akashdeep speaks about ‘International Day Of Happiness’

Those who have witnessed the magical era of the nineties will definitely swear by the screen presence of Sheeba Akashdeep. How can anyone forget her memorable roles in films like the multi-starrer ‘Hum Hain Kamaal Ke’ (starring the likes of Akashdeep, the late Kader Khan, Anupam Kher and many others), ‘Boyfriend’, ‘Suryavanshi’, ‘Pyaar Ka Saaya’, ‘Nachnewale Gaanewale’… The list is practically endless. Besides that, Sheeba has also done a handful of memorable roles in serials like ‘Kutumb’, ‘Karishma - The Miracles of Destiny’ and others.

Speaking exclusively to OTT Play on the occasion of ‘International Day Of Happiness’, Sheeba Akashdeep said, “Happiness means having content, happy, healthy, loving family, pets and friends. It is the driver, while success is the passenger. They go hand in hand. Again, health and wellness are the main precursors to a happy life, possibly number one in the list to happiness, and that includes the health and wellness of your loved ones. For me the top five things in life are my family, pets, good health, work and friends. These are my happiness motivators.”

When asked about her motivation to keep herself happy throughout, pat came the reply, “My greatest strength is my endless ability to pursue happiness. I look for happiness in all the little pleasures I find in my loved ones, nature, animals, most importantly in life. I believe if you look for it with all your heart, you will find it.”
