Exclusive! Sentimentaaal: Neel Bhattacharya joins Nussrat and Yash. Is Trina the ‘Soda girl’?

Nussrat Jahan and Yash Dasgupta are all set to debut as producers in their film Sentimentaaal. Directed by Baba Yadav, the film features Yash, Nussrat, and Nagin-fame, Sayantani Ghosh. The trailer of the film also features politician Madan Mitra in a shot. 

The film started with a title, Mentaaal, and just two days before release, it was changed into Sentimental. According to sources, the name change took place after the censor board’s advice. Incidentally, Nussrat, while announcing the change on social media, tagged the post with television star Neet Bhattacharya. “Out of the love of our audience, we are changing our name from Mentaaal to Sentimentaal. Only the name got changed. Everything else is all the same. We will meet you at the theatres on January 19,” the common message for both the actors said. While Yash shared the message with Baba Yadav, Nusrat shared it with Neel.

Is Neel part of the film? When contacted, Neel said that he indeed makes a special appearance in the film. “It is a sweet appearance. You will see me in an ‘item number’. Yash and Nissrat are friends and well-wishers. For the first time, I will make a cameo and I am very happy about it,” he said,

Meanwhile, Sentimental’s new number, Soda Song, will be dropped on January 18 at noon. Trina Saha seems to be dancing in the song. She shared the teasers of the song on her profile. Will Neel appear in the Soda song? We will have to wait till noon.
