Animal is one of the biggest hits in Hindi cinema and is still going strong in several areas since its release. It is a known fact that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga will direct Prabhas in a cop drama titled Spirit. The film will be produced by T-Series and Sandeep himself under his home banner, Bhadrakali Pictures.
The shooting of the film will begin in October 2024 and we have some exclusive information regarding the same. A source close to the unit has revealed that the shoot will begin with a massive action episode. Close to 500 fighters will be taking part in this scene, which will feature Prabhas and the main villain. Plans to execute it have already begun.
Prabhas will be seen as a cop for the first time in his career and there is a solid buzz for the film all over. Sandeep is making sure that he takes the film on the floor in March itself, as he plans to do a few montage shots without any actors.
As Animal has become a monstrous hit, all eyes are now on Sandeep Reddy as to how he will showcase Prabhas in Spirit. Once he is done with Spirit, Sandeep will start Animal Park with Ranbir Kapoor.
Meanwhile, the casting for Spirit is yet to begin and there is news that the cop drama will have two female leads playing key roles. Sandeep will be operating from Hyderabad and there is news that some popular names from Telugu cinema will also be seen in this film.
The budget of Spirit is estimated to be Rs 300 crore as of now and T Series is going all out to make this film a memorable one in Prabhas' career. The star actor is currently basking in the glory of his latest film, Salaar, which released on a massive scale at the box office.
