Exclusive: Keerthy Suresh signs a female centric film with star producer, deets inside

Keerthy Suresh is one of the top stars in the south. After giving back to back flops, Keerthy made a solid comeback with the Nani starrer Dasara which made over 100 crores at the Tollywood box office early this year. Next in line is a film titled Bholaa Shankar with Chiranjeevi and Keerthy is busy shooting for the same.

Well, the news now is that Keerthy Suresh has signed a film in the banner of star producer Dil Raju. We have exclusively come to know that Keerthy signed the dotted line today and the shooting of this film will begin in the month of July. The news is also that the film will be directed by a newcomer whose name will be announced soon.

The above project is a female centric project and will showcase Keerthy in a new avatar. A few weeks back, news came out that Keerthy has decided to no longer do female centric films as all the films she did as a solo female lead ended up as big flops at the box office. But looks like Keerthy has made an exception for Dil Raju who is known to have solid judgement on the subjects he chooses.

Meanwhile, Keerthy Suresh will be seen as Chiranjeevi's sister in Bholaa Shankar that is being directed by Meher Ramesh. The film which has Tamannah Bhatia as the main heroine is nearing its completion and will be out in August as per the update. 

Keerthy is also in talks for a few other biggies in Tamil and Telugu. So, only time will tell as to what kind of a project did Keerthy choose with Dil Raju and in which character she will be seen in this yet untitled film.
