After all the hype and the hoopla, ultimately, the OTT format of the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ finally got aired around a week back. For the unversed, ‘Puneet Superstar’ who happens to be a self-proclaimed got evicted within 24 hours of the show, courtesy, his antics and non-stop ranting against the show’s panel. This was followed by the eviction of Palak Purswani and Aaliya Siddiqui. The show has already started witnessing its share of fights, yelling, romantic liaisons etc…

But, yesterday, a clip went viral which really shook the daylights out of everyone. It had two of the 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' contestants viz., Jad Hadid and Akanksha Puri having a lip lock moment as a part of task given by Avinash Sachdev. In no time, the said video clip went viral and raised many eyebrows in the bargain.

That’s when we decided to get in touch with Divya Agarwal, who was the winner of ‘Bigg Boss OTT’s first season. When asked about the lip lock incident in Bigg Boss OTT 2, Divya Agarwal said, “When I heard about it, I thought it was a mere peck or maybe it just happened at that moment. Or maybe they were having an affair. At the same time, I won’t completely blame the contestants. Even the channel is equally involved when it comes to making the society see what is happening. There are kids and adults who are watching Bigg Boss OTT. The makers of the show could have possibly blurred it or even muted it or done something about it. If they are OK to show it because it’s an OTT platform, then, I really don’t know what was going on in their head”.

She added, “Usually, we see such things in web shows and almost everywhere. As far as the contestants go, I would have supported it if it was a genuine feeling or an affair or if they (Jad Hadid and Akanksha Puri) had feelings for each other or they must have developed. A few days ago, I saw Akanksha was not comfortable with Jad’s touch and she was very vocal about it. I was so happy because she took that stand”.

And when we told Divya about Salman Khan’s statement during the media meet, “Main OTT par bhi aise kuch hone nahi dunga jo humare khilaf aur humare culture ke khilaf ho. Main nahi hone dunga” (I will not allow anything against our culture on the show), she said, “When in the history of ‘Bigg Boss’ that the host or the contestant had decided something and it will go the way they want!

Divya concluded saying, “I totally feel that it’s the responsibility of every single contestant who goes inside. There are millions of people watching you. You are setting up an example every single minute you are inside the Bigg Boss house. And if they are wanting to set an example like this, it's totally up to them. I think the channel will take action”.
