Elvish Yadav snake venom case update: Cobra, Krait venom confirmed at rave party, influencer lands in more legal trouble

Elvish Yadav was summoned by the Noida police previously over speculations of snake venom being used for a rave party. The influencer had denied all claims but the investigations continued. The FSL reports that are back confirm that snake venom was used at the rave party. Cobra and Krait venom were found in the samples provided. This has got the influencer in more legal trouble. He is likely to be summoned once again at the police station for further enquiry in the matter.

Snake venom confirmed

The Noida police had collected samples and transferred them to Jaipur FSL for investigation. The reports are now back and they confirm that Cobra and Krait venom was used at the party.

Snakes recovered from the party and how Elvish’s name got associated to the case

The Noida police had recovered nine snakes from the party. Out of them, five were cobras. According to reports, the reptiles were caught from different places and thus, their venom was sold at high prices. It was after arresting five culprits that Elvish’s name cropped up. The culprits claim to be close aids of the influencer and also told the police that they would supply the snakes for his parties. When BJP MP Maneka Gandhi’s NGO, PFA, filed a complaint against the influencer, he was summoned at the police station and questioned about his involvement in the case from November 2023.

Elvish made headlines recently

Elvish was in news recently over a slap incident. The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner slapped a fan at a high-end restaurant in Jaipur. While it was previously believed that Elvish raised his hand out of temper because the fan forced him to take a selfie, according to the influencer himself, that was not the case. Elvish clarified that he turned back around and slapped the man because he started dragging Elvish’s family name and spoke ill about the YouTuber’s mother.
