Elvish Yadav sent to judicial custody for 14 days in Snake Venom case – Watch

Elvish Yadav got arrested for his link to the Snake Venom case. He was presented in Surajpur, Greater Noida’s district court. After the hearing, Elvish is being sent to judicial custody for 14 days. The Youtuber recently made headlines for his fight and patch-up with another Youtuber, Maxtern.

Elvish sent to judicial custody

Elvish has been sent to 14 days of judicial custody in connection with the Snake Venom case. The case falls under the Wildlife Protection Act 1972. The Youtuber was taken to judicial custody in a police car. The media questioned the Youtuber whether he was guilty of the charge. He did not respond to them but the cops asked the media to maintain distance.

Youtuber arrested in Noida

The Noida police arrested Elvish on March 17, an hour back. The Youtuber was then taken to the sessions court in Surajpur, which falls under Uttar Pradesh’s Greater Noida. For the same, Elvish was seen casually walking and talking with the cops. Elvish's name cropped up when a suspect from the Noida party was questioned. The Youtuber had pleaded not guilty and promised to co-operate in the case.

Most recently Elvish made headlines for a controversy with another Youtuber, Maxtern. A video of Elvish beating up Maxtern went viral. A day later, Maxtern filed an FIR against Elvish, claiming threat to life. The same evening, Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish released his side of the story and claimed that Maxtern threatened his family, which caused the reaction in the viral video. After hearing Maxtern’s side of the story, netizens started trending #ArrestElvishYadav on Twitter, which led to the Youtuber narrating his side of the story. A few hours into that, Maxtern, through Rajat Dalal, invited Elvish to his home to talk among the elders. The next day, Elvish reached Maxtern’s house and spoke to his cousin and father, along with Rajat. In fact, Elvish and Maxtern came on Instagram live together after their fight which was caused by ‘miscommunication’ was resolved. Elvish and Maxtern posed for a photo together and soon after, announced a music video together. Elvish’s arrest comes ahead of the music video’s release.
