Elvish Yadav booked by Gurugram Police for assaulting Maxtern aka Sagar Thakur

After the successful first season of the reality show Bigg Boss OTT, it entered its second season, where a YouTuber named Elvish Yadav not just entered as a wildcard entry, but also went ahead to win the show. Ever since then, there was absolutely no looking back for this young man. Post the huge win on the show, Elvish Yadav became a household name.

But, at the same time, also started being in the news for not so good reasons. The latest update about Elvish Yadav is that he has now been booked by Gurugram Police today evening.

FIR reportedly against Elvish Yadav under IPC sections 147, 149, 323, 506

For the unversed, the YouTuber has been booked by the police on the grounds of him attacking another YouTuber Maxtern (whose real name is Sagar Thakur). The video of Elvish Yadav attacking Maxtern had become viral since today morning. As per a news report in The Free Press Journal, the Gurugram Police officials have filed an FIR against Elvish Yadav under IPC sections 147, 149, 323, 506. This took place at Sector 53 of Gurugram.

Here’s what had happened that led to Elvish Yadav being booked by the Gurugram Police. Today morning, Maxtern shot a selfie video which he uploaded on social media, wherein he claimed that he got a life threat today and that, while he was alone, it was Elvish Yadav who had come to meet him with many boys. And what followed after that led to Maxtern having a swollen upper lip (which he had shown in the video). As for the video, it is very clearly seen that, after Elvish Yadav entered the room where Maxtern was there, he and his boys started beating him up.

On the other hand, there is one more video, which has been posted by The Khabri on social media. This particular video shows that it was Maxtern himself who had called Elvish Yadav to meet him up. And upon his call only, did Elvish Yadav go to meet him.

As per unconfirmed reports, it is being said that, the root cause of the entire friction and fracas between Elvish Yadav and Maxtern stems from the fact that, the latter was allegedly poking Elvish Yadav for his on-field bonding with Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui, which was recently seen in the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL).
