Elvish Yadav, who won Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 in 2023, has been arrested by the Noida Police. News agency ANI confirmed the development just a few minutes ago. He has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a case pertaining to the sale of snake venom at rave parties in the National Capital Region. During a raid in November 2023, the Noida Police in Uttar Pradesh recovered 20 milliliters of snake venom, five cobras, a python, 2 two-headed snakes, and a rat snake from a bunch of people.

According to ANI, Deputy Commissioner of Police in Noida, Vidya Sagar Mishra confirmed, “Noida Police have arrested Elvish Yadav. He will be presented in the Court today.” When he was arrested, Elvish was seen wearing a white shirt, black track pants, and a comfortable olive-colored jacket.
The team of Elvish accompanied the arrested to the police station. More details of the incident are awaited.
What is the snake venom case about?
In November, popular YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 winner Elvish Yadav faced charges from the Noida Police related to the use of snake venom at a rave party. Authorities confiscated 20 ml of snake venom, five cobras, a python, two two-headed snakes, and a rat snake. Despite its deadly nature, snake venom has been illicitly used as a party drug. The investigation has led to the arrest of five individuals, including Rahul Yadav, who admitted to distributing venom as an opioid substitute during police questioning. All those detained have asserted that Elvish Yadav is the central figure in the case.

In February this year, the feud between reality star Elvish Yadav and YouTuber Maxtern, alias Sagar Thakur, turned out to be quite sensational. As per reports, Elvish slapped Sagar for allegedly threatening his family. Sagar stated that the allegations against him were false and baseless. Later, they appeared together on Instagram Live and sorted out their differences.
