Eega makers Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram to produce a Telugu-Kannada bilingual starring debutant Kireeti

Popular Telugu banner Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram, known for their films like Eega, Legend, Oohalu Gusagusalaade, is returning to full-fledged film production after a brief sabbatical with Sree Vishnu's next Bhala Thandanana, directed by Chaitanya Dantuluri. The film featuring Catherine Tresa in the lead is awaiting release soon. Meanwhile, the production house has announced its next project, a Telugu-Kannada bilingual starring debutant Kireeti.

The bilingual, the launchpad of Kireeti as a male lead, will be directed by Radha Krishna, who has penned the story as well. The yet to be titled movie is set to be made on a lavish scale. Touted to be family entertainer-cum-romance, the film is also expected to feature several noted actors. The makers of Kireeti's debut have roped in several popular names as part of crew.

While Sai Korrapati is bankrolling the film, Devi Sri Prasad has come on board to compose the music. Renowned cinematographer K Senthil Kumar is also associated with the project with the likes of Raveendar handling the production design and stunt director Peter Hein choreographing the action sequences. The untitled film will be formally launched in the presence of cast, crew on March 4. Other details about the project will be announced soon.
