Ravi Teja, whose first pan-Indian film Tiger Nageswara Rao releases on October 20, is wrapping up Eagle, his biggie with cinematographer, filmmaker Karthik Gattamneni at a brisk pace. Eagle has him paired alongside Anupama Parameswaran, Kavya Thapar. The film marks the second collaboration between Ravi Teja and the banner People Media Factory after their hit Dhamaka.

The makers earlier released a special glimpse of Eagle, introducing Ravi Teja’s character to audiences while confirming the title. While it is already known that the film is set for a Sankranthi 2024 release, the banner announced the date today. The film releases worldwide on January 13, 2024. An image with Ravi Teja’s silhouette as he holds a short gun after setting a forest house on fire was shared.

“The stubborn man arrives this festival season on the 13th. The Man, The Myth, The Massacre. #EAGLE is arriving on Jan 13, 2024. #EAGLEonJan13th,” the production house tweeted. Ravi Teja too shared his excitement, adding, “This time! Sankranthi is going to be full vibrant. #EAGLE 13th Jan 2024! Theatres lo Kaludham (Let us meet in theatres).”

Navdeep, Srinivas Avasarala, Madhoo (Madhubala) form the supporting cast of the actioner produced by TG Vishwa Prasad. Besides writing and direction, Karthik Gattamneni is also the cinematographer and the editor for the film. Manibabu Karanam is the dialogue writer of the slick actioner which has music by Davzand. Chaitanya Prasad, Rehman, Kalyan Chakravarthy are the lyricists.

Sri Nagendra Tangala is the production designer for the big-budget saga whose crew also comprises action directors Ram-Laxman, Real Sathish, Tomek, stylist Rekha Boggarapu. Sujith Kumar Kolli is the executive producer and Uthura is the co-editor. Karthik Gattamneni was also the cinematographer for Ravi Teja’s Dhamaka. People Media Factory, the producers, recently backed Bro as well.
