Eagle is Ravi Teja's latest film which was released on February 9, 2024, on a massive note. The film opened to mixed reviews but the day-one collections were impressive. As the weekend is on, Eagle is seeing decent occupancy at the theatres.
The two-day collections of the film are out and Eagle has made a total share of Rs 10 crore worldwide. The occupancy on Sunday is quite impressive and we need to see how much the action drama will make in its first weekend. The occupancy for Eagle in the A centers like Hyderabad, Vizag, and Vijayawada is quite good.
We have come to know that the pre-release business has been locked at Rs 21 crore and Eagle needs to make at least Rs 18 crore to end up as an average fare at the box office. The post-release promotions are on and we need to see how much will this help.
As of now, all eyes are on the key Sunday collections. This week's other releases, Yatra 2 and Lal Salaam have started on a disappointing note at the box office. Though Yatra 2 started with good word of mouth, the collections of the political drama are quite dull. The case is worse for Lal Salaam as the film has been rejected in an outright manner in Telugu states though it had a star Rajnikanth in a key role.
Meanwhile, Eagle is also quite dull in the US and other areas. Back home, Ravi Teja's new avatar is being loved by his fans and general audience. Karthik Ghattamaneni directed this film produced by People Media Factory on a huge budget.
Davzand composed the music and his BGM has come in for a special applause. Kavya Thapar and Anupama Parameswaran play the female lead in this film which had Vinay Rai as the main villain. The film is about the eradication of illegal arms dealing in India. The action sequences are top-notch.
