Exactly a week remains until the release of the much-awaited film Dunki, and the countdown has finally begun. SRK's playful poem and poster with Taapsee Pannu:
SRK and Taapsee, dressed as the bride and the groom, appear bound by handcuffs in this poster. They appear stressed and convey a sense of destined togetherness.
While sharing the poster, SRK posted on X (formerly Twitter) with a quirky poem that read, "Suit-boot pehen kar ho jao taiyyaar.
Humse milne ke liye; you won’t have to go far.
Leke aao biwi, girlfriend ya jisse bhi karte ho pyaar
7 din baad aayenge aapse milne Hardy, Manu aur uske yaar.
7 days to go for #Dunki. (sic)"

Dunki's promising story of friendship and adventure
Unveiled a week ago, The Dunki Drop 4 gave fans a taste of Rajkumar Hirani's new universe. Released a few days ago, the trailer opens with SRK on a train, establishing the scene for the thrilling journey that is to come. It also presents delightfully eccentric characters, beginning with Hardy, who visits a picturesque Punjabi village and meets a band of lively friends named Manu, Sukhi, Buggu, and Balli. They all want to go to London in search of better opportunities so they can provide a better life for their families back home.
Dunki promises a touching story where four friends embark on a remarkable adventure to distant locations, brimming with obstacles and transformative experiences, capturing all the many emotions in a single frame.
Directed by Hirani, the filmmaker has penned the screenplay with Abhijat Joshi and Kanika Dhillon. Shah Rukh's third release in 2023 will have its big-screen premiere on December 21.
