Dulquer Salmaan’s grand plans for his next Malayalam film revealed; Read details

Dulquer Salmaan is making a grand comeback to the Malayalam film industry, with some promising projects in his kitty. The pan-Indian star is planning to team up with RDX director by the first quarter of 2025, for an action-packed entertainer. Reportedly, the much-awaited project will go on floors very soon in Kochi. Dulquer Salmaan, however, will join the sets only in February 2025, after wrapping up the filming of his next Telugu film, Aakasam Lo Oka Tara.

Dulquer Salmaan’s grand plans for Nahas Hidayath project

If the recent updates are to be believed, Dulquer Salmaan is planning to join the sets of his next Malayalam film, directed by Nahas Hidayath, in February 2025. Even though the untitled film will start rolling soon in Kochi, the actor is planning to wrap up his portions in the upcoming Telugu film Aakasam Lo Oka Tara, before joining the sets of his next Malayalam outing. The team is planning to shoot Antony Varghese Pepe’s portions in the film before Dulquer joins the sets.

Dulquer Salmaan’s new look

According to the latest updates, Dulquer Salmaan might undergo a physical transformation for his role in the film, which is touted to be an action film with sci-fi elements. Interestingly, the grapevine suggests that the actor is undergoing a strict diet and workout regimen for the untitled film, which marks his first onscreen collaboration with director Nahas Hidayath. The project is expected to have its official launch on social media, only after it starts rolling.

Priyanka Mohan, the Doctor actress, is reportedly roped in to play one of the female leads in the film, while Sapta Sagaradaache Ello- fame actress Rukmini Vasanth is being considered for the other role. SJ Suryah is expected to play the lead antagonist in the film, which stars Antony Varghese Pepe, Lal, and Baiju Santhosh in the key roles. Jakes Bejoy is expected to join the project, as the music composer. Chaman Chakko is expected to handle the editing.
