Dulquer Salmaan is currently on a high with excellent reviews pouring in for his latest outing, Lucky Baskhar. The Venky Atluri directorial had a Diwali clash at the box office with Amaran, the Sivakarthikeyan-Sai Pallavi starrer, directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy. Interestingly, the latest updates suggest that the Lucky Baskhar leading man and Amaran actress might share the screen yet again, very soon. Interestingly, Dulquer Salmaan and Sai Pallavi are reportedly set to reunite on screen, very soon.

Dulquer Salmaan and Sai Pallavi to reunite soon?

If the recent updates are to be believed, Aakasam Lo Oka Tara, the upcoming Telugu project that features Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role, has finally found its leading lady. Reportedly, Sai Pallavi is in advanced talks to play the female lead in the movie. The highly anticipated project, directed by Pavan Sadineni, is expected to start rolling by the end of 2024. If things go as planned, the Aakasam Lo Oka Tara team will very soon announce their collaboration with Sai Pallavi with an official announcement.

For the uninitiated, Dulquer Salmaan and Sai Pallavi previously shared the screen in the 2016-released romantic thriller film, Kali. The popular actor played the role of Siddharth, a young man who is struggling with his anger management issues, in the film. The Premam actress, who made her second outing as a lead actress with the Sameer Thahir directorial, played Siddharth’s wife, Anjali. If you wish to revisit Kali, the acclaimed film is currently available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar.

Dulquer Salmaan and Sai Pallavi’s work fronts

The popular actor is currently busy with the filming of Kaantha, the upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual film, directed by Selvamani Selvaraj. Later, he will make a grand comeback to Malayalam cinema with the upcoming untitled film directed by RDX fame filmmaker, Nahas Hidayath. Sai Pallavi, on the other hand, recently wrapped up Chandoo Mondeti’s Naga Chaitanya starrer, Thandel. She is set to make her Bollywood debut soon, with the upcoming epic drama Ramayana, which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Yash in the lead roles.
