As announced earlier, the first look posters of Aishwarya Rajesh's Driver Jamuna have been unveiled by filmmaker AR Murugadoss. The actress looks bruised in one poster while the other one has her sipping tea; a cab is also seen in the background. Debutant P Kinslin has directed the film which has been produced by SP Chowthari of 18 Reels.

According to the makers, the movie revolves around a slew of unanticipated incidents that happen in the life of a lady cab driver. The film was earlier in the news when we heard that Aishwarya interacted with many women cab drivers to play her character easily.

Billed as a road thriller, the team claims that Aishwarya herself has performed risky sequences without the help of any dupes and special effects. Gokul Benoy has cranked the camera while Ghibran has composed music for Driver Jamuna. R Ramar has handled the film's editing.

The crew is on the verge of wrapping up the movie's shooting. The makers are planning to release the film in theatres in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages. Aadukalam Naren, Abhishek, Sri Ranjani, Pandian, Manikandan, Kavitha Bharathi and Rajesh among others will be seen essaying pivotal roles in the project..

Don Bala and BR Venkatesh are in charge of the movie's art direction and VFX works respectively. Director Kinslin had earlier said that the movie will touch upon the lives of cab drivers and a middle class woman who takes up the profession.

Aishwarya, who was last seen in Tamil in Boomika, has Theeyavar Kulaigal Nadunga, Mohandas, the long-pending Dhruva Natchathiram and The Great Indian Kitchen in Kollywood. Vaanam Kottatum (streaming on Amazon Prime Video) was her last theatrical release in Tamil, after which she had three straight-to-OTT releases.
