Dream Girl 2 trailer: Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday battle toxic masculinity; promise to entertain audiences in a funny way

The wait is finally over as the highly anticipated trailer of Dream Girl 2 has hit the internet, leaving fans in splits with its uproarious comedy and star-studded cast. The film brings together the dynamic duo of Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday, whose on-screen chemistry is sure to work magic on screen.

The trailer drops hints that the movie will chronicle the life of a man named Karam (aka Ayushmann), a small-town clad from Mathura, who struggles every day to pay his father's debt – who has borrowed money from nearly everyone on the planet.

On the other hand, he (Karam) is deeply in love with a woman named Pari (aka Ananya), whose father has kept the conditions to marry her. To make ends meet, Karam disguises himself as Pooja, which creates wild chaos and a comedy of errors.

Pooja's character in the movie has a charismatic personality and throws light on the problems surrounding the existence of toxic masculinity.

Leading actor Ayushmann Khurrana also expressed his excitement in a press statement, saying, "Dream Girl 2 has been a joyride from the beginning. The script is hilarious, and I'm elated to bring laughter and entertainment into the lives of our fans once again.
