Dream Girl 2 is all set to hit the big screen on Friday, August 24, 2023. The film is the spiritual sequel to the first instalment which hit the big screens back in 2019. In Dream Girl 2, the lead actor Ayushmann Khurrana will be seen showing the face of Pooja, whose voice he created in the first part. Ananya joins the actor this time around as the female lead. Now, ahead of its theatrical release, we have to know where Dream Girl 2 will stream on the OTT platform. Yes, the film will drop on Netflix after its theatrical run.

In the film, Karam (Ayushmann Khurrana) from Mathura has a tough time coming up with the money to pay back his father's numerous debts. But he can't help but feel a strong attraction to Pari (Ananya Panday), whose father has set marriage requirements. Karam impersonates Pooja to make ends meet, leading to hilarious anarchy and a comedy of blunders.

Box Office Update:
As per reports in Pinkvilla, since Dream Girl 2 is a slapstick comedy and not like anything else Ayushmann has done in recent years, box office receipts in the mass market are expected to increase on opening day. The film is predicted to have a good opening day in India, earning between Rs 7.50 and 8.50 crore. With a positive crowd response, the box office might potentially push itself a little harder in the evening and night performances, bringing the film closer to a double-digit debut. Similarly, keeping the film's budget below Rs 7 crore would indicate a poor review.
