A Glimpse of Squid Game: The Challenge reality series
Based on the Korean survival drama, Squid Game: The Challenge' is a reality series where 456 real contestants engage in a cutthroat competition for a cash prize of $4.56 million. The Dystopian setting – Maze-like staircase, game conducting staff wearing monochromatic jumpsuits and black helmets and a large group of money broke contestants all racing against each other for the grand prize are the essence of this reality series. Just like the Squid Game, contestants will be playing Honey Comb, Red-Light, Green-Light games, and other popular games – imparting a thrill to the series. The intense music added to the adrenaline rush. Like any other survival game, Squid Game: The Challenge also follows the mechanism of Do or Die (the only difference is players are gunned down with a paintball gun).

Squid Game Recap
Netflix’s Blockbuster Korean drama series Squid Game followed a group of contestants, battling for survival in exchange for a grand cash prize. A total of 456 players agree to participate in an underground competition, risking everything – Even lives. Each level features a popular childhood game in Korea and the participants who fail to clear the levels get eliminated, not just from the game but from the world too. Children play games to make friends but adults (in Squid Game) play brutal games to eliminate friends. How ironic!
The reality series will premiere on Netflix on 22 November.
