It shows Nitya, who was earlier convinced that Ishaan intentionally ruined her brother Dhaval's life by making a mistake in his surgery which led to his right-hand impairment, later realized that if he had not done it, Dhaval would have died. This changed her perspective towards Ishaan and they come closer. Even while on the quest for revenge, they try their hard to save patients' lives who are critically ill.
Meanwhile, Ishaan tried hard to fix Dhaval's hand by doing another surgery as he was confident about his research. Even though Dhaval was reluctant earlier, he was convinced by her sister, Harleen, and agreed to an operation.
