Djinn promises to be a film which will treat viewers to a dazzling display of Soubin Shahir’s acting prowess. The makers have unveiled the film’s trailer today, and it showcases Soubin at his chaotic best.
The trailer shows Soubin’s character take on an array of personalities, each vastly different from the last. At one point, he even seems to have been ‘possessed’ by a dead man’s spirit too. He is advised not to be let out when he is in that state of mind, which gets him into his fair share of troubles. We see the severity of his ‘condition’ when he literally fails to recognise himself in the mirror. But his problems do not stop him from having his fair share of adventures.
