Disney+ Hotstar’s Showtime first look out; Emraan Hashmi is all set to take us to the underbelly of Bollywood – Details inside

Emraan Hashmi has bounced back to the mainstream headlines and there is no way he is in the mood to go back into his hiatus again. The actor recently seen in Tiger 3 alongside Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif is now back to entertain us all. Emraan is all set to make his second OTT outing after Bard Of Blood, with a show called Showtime, which will be released on Disney+ Hotstar and backed by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment. The first look for the same has now dropped on the internet and is everything showbiz. 

Produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, created by Sumit Roy and showrunner Mihir Desai, and directed by Mihir Desai and Archit Kumar, Showtime will delve into the unseen world that lies behind the camera. The first-look teaser gives us a gateway into this world of films and what happens behind the scenes. The drama is top-notch as the Emraan Hashmi-led show also stars Rasika Duggal, Naseeruddin Shah, Rajeev Khandelwal, and many others. 

The official synopsis for Showtime reads, “An epic saga of legacy and ambition in the world of cinema, Showtime will give you a sneak peek into what goes behind the multi-million dollar industry of Bollywood, nepotism, and the power struggles at the top.”
