The makers of Malayalam upcoming movie Golam confirmed that the film will hit the big screen a bit later than its original release date of May 24. The investigative thriller will make a theatrical debut on June 7.
Golam, which was directed by debutante Samjad, features important roles for Ranjith Sajeev and Dileesh Pothen, suggesting a gripping story that is fueled by their acting and intriguing moments. The supporting cast of Golam includes Sunny Wayne, Siddique, Chinnu Chandni, Alencier Ley Lopez, Srikant Murali, Sudhi Kozhikode, and Asha Madathil. The screenplay, written by Samjad and Praveen Viswanath, is anticipated to enthral viewers with its thrilling turns and twists.
The romantic drama film 'Qalb' marked Ranjith Sajeev's on-screen debut. The film did well at the box office and garnered positive reviews from viewers.
Trailer of Golam hints at an intriguing murder investigation
The compelling murder investigation headed by a young police officer and his team was alluded to in the trailer for the film. Ranjith Sajeev portrays a young police officer investigating the case, who discovers something peculiar regarding the business owner's demise in his company's lavatory. Although the police initially reported the death as accidental, he believes it was a well-planned murder.
The two-minute and twenty-five-second video appears to show suspicion towards the deceased's partner and subordinates. On June 7, the real story behind this crime will come to light. It appears that Siddique is portraying a middle-aged man who is contributing to the investigation in his own way.

Little Hearts, which stars Mahima Nambiar and Shane Nigam in the lead roles, will be screened in theatres on the specified date of Golam’s release. and on June 14th, Soubin Shahir's Machante Malakha and Kunchacko Boban and Suraj Venjaramoodu's comedy drama Grrr will be released in theatres. The romantic drama 1 Princess Street, which stars Balu Varghese, will also hit theatres the same day as part of the Eid holidays.
