Akshay Kumar has unveiled his next film, Sky Force. Set in the backdrop of 1965 India-Pakistan Air War, Sky Force is slated to release on October 2, 2024. This is to mark former Indian Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri’s 100th Birth Anniversary.

Akshay has also introduced Veer Pahariya as an actor with the movie. For the unversed, Veer is Sara Ali Khan’s ex-boyfriend and has been associated with the industry since long.

Sara Ali Khan’s ex-boyfriend

Sara Ali Khan had confirmed that she only has one ex-boyfriend and that is Veer Pahariya. She revealed so during her interview with Filmfare. “He’s [Veer Pahariya] the only one I have dated. I have had no other boyfriends in my life,” the actress was quoted saying.

Janhvi Kapoor dating Veer’s brother?

While Sara had confessed to dating Veer, Janhvi Kapoor has often been spotted with Veer’s brother Shikhar Pahariya. The two, who had parted ways just like Sara and Veer, seem to have reconciled. Karan had hinted about Veer and Shikhar when the actresses appeared together on his Koffee With Karan 7 episode. “I remember that you both have dated siblings before. You both dated two brothers. And the commonality between the three of us is that they both used to live in my building,” he had said. While they did not name anyone, the internet was convinced that Karan, Janhvi and Sara were talking about the Pahariya brothers. Janhvi, in a way, confirmed the same by sharing the teaser on her page and sending two hearts for Veer.

Veer was a part of Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya

Veer had worked as an assistant director on Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya. Apart from being an assistant on the film, Veer was also a body double for Varun in a few scenes.

His family history

Veer and Shikhar are maternal grandsons to former chief minister Sushilkumar Shinde. Their parents got separated long ago. Their father Sanjay Pahariya is a well-known businessman. Their mother Smriti Shinde also has a Bollywood connect but on the production side. She is the managing director of Sobo Films. Shikhar is an investment banker and Veer is finally making his acting debut in Bollywood with Sky Force.
