Preity Zinta, a dear friend of Khan, posted a heartfelt note for the superstar on social media. When a fan asked Preity if she ever dated Salman, here's how the actress responded.

Preity Zinta took to her official X account and shared a bunch of happy photos with Salman Khan. While sharing the pictures, the actress wrote, "Happy Burrday BeingSalmanKhan Just wanna say I love you the mostest Rest will tell you when I speak to you ….. and yes we need more photos otherwise I will keep posting the same old ones! Ting (sic)."
Responding to her tweet, a fan asked Preity, "Did you two ever date? (sic)." To this, the actress replied, "No not at all! He is family & my closest friend and my husband’s friend too .. just in case you were wondering Sorry! Couldn’t resist (sic)."
Earlier this year, Preity praised Salman and shared that the superstar has a heart of gold. The actress mentioned that Khan is a loyal and amazing friend. She also called him a talented and effortless actor. "His sense of music is excellent & he is extremely down to earth n simple when u get to know him (sic)," she wrote on X.
Salman Khan's upcoming film
On the work front, Salman Khan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film, Sikandar. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the movie is scheduled for a theatrical release on Eid 2025. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Prateik Babbar and Sathyaraj.
The teaser of Sikandar was set to release on Khan's birthday. However, the makers postponed the teaser release to December 28. The reason behind the postponement was former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's demise.
