Karan Johar is back in action as his next directorial, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, is all set to arrive at the theatres soon. Starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in key roles, this movie clearly depicts how a couple-in-love faces challenges thrown at them by their respective families.

Prior to this film, Johar directed Ae Dil Hai Mushkil – a film which was released in 2016. So, the upcoming movie marks Johar’s return to Bollywood, as a director, after a gap of seven years. Clearly, fans of Johar are excited to watch the film soon.

To add fuel to the buzz, the makers of the film released its first soundtrack titled – Tum Kya Mile. This song is sung melodiously by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal. Yesterday, the teaser of the song was dropped. While a positive buzz around the film continues to gain momentum, a negative piece of news around this project has swept in.

Reports suggest, as KJo dropped the teaser of 'Tum Kya Mile' on his social media handle, netizens got upset as he did not mention the name of singer Shreya Ghoshal in the credits.

Karan captioned his post: “Working with my favourite people again and bringing some love this season.”

Replying to this post, one Instagram user dropped a comment on Karan’s Instagram post and said, “Not giving female playback singers credit has become their habit.” Following this comment, another Instagram user asked KJo, “Where is the name Shreya Ghoshal in the teaser???”

About Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is all set to hit the theatres on July 28 after several delays and roadblocks. The film was initially slated to be released in February this year, according to a report published in The Indian Express.

The film stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the titular roles, and has a stellar supporting cast including actors Shabana Azmi, Dharmendra and Jaya Bachchan.
