Dhootha marks the OTT debut of Naga Chaitanya in the digital space. On the occasion of his birthday today, the makers revealed the trailer of the web series (on November 23). The trailer has gone viral and has impressed one and all.

Naga Chaitanya is seen as an investigative journalist in this show, which has been directed by Vikram Kumar of 12B and Manam fame. The psychological thriller will be out on December 1, 2023, and the response to the trailer so far has been amazing.

One of the biggest compliments that the trailer is getting is that it has a very interesting concept. A cartoon from a newspaper dictates crime in the city and is linked to Naga Chaitanya's character's life, and how it turns things upside down.

The show also stars other talented actors like Parvathy Thiruvothu, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam, who play pivotal roles in the mystery thriller.  A pre-release event will be held ahead of the show's release in the last week of November 2023. For now, Chay Akkineni's OTT debut has started with a bang.
