Naga Chaitanya has quite apparently made peace with what social media has to say about him or his personal life. The 'Dhootha' actor recently addressed the recent 'stir' that a picture caused on social media and how it led many on the internet to believe that he would be reuniting with his former wife and fellow actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu after all.
"I don't look into it," he said in an interview with a media outlet while speaking about how the picture or the social media post blew up. In his usual calm demeanour, Chay sent out a message saying that the rest of the world could be up in arms about his personal life but he has his priorities set.
What's the picture all about? Well, not very long ago, Naga Chaitanya shared an endearing picture of himself, his ex-wife Samantha and their canine friend 'Hash', who is evidently an integral member of the family. The moment the picture emerged on social media, speculations were rife soon enough about Chay and Samantha rekindling their romance. However, contrary to that, it was later confirmed that there was no 'patch up' on the cards and instead, the former couple had only chosen to co-parent Hash.
Having been married for four years, Samantha and Naga Chaitanya chose to end their marriage in 2021. Their separation and the eventual divorce were subjects of excessive media scrutiny causing the two to not only openly address the matter, though they have maintained all along that the equation still remains amicable. Despite the differences, it would seem that the two popular actors have enough respect to co-parent their furry friend Hash, who entered their lives when they were together.
On the work front, Naga Chaitanya awaits the release of his grand OTT debut 'Dhootha', a supernatural thriller series helmed by his former collaborator Vikram K Kumar. Dhootha, which is set to debut on Amazon Prime Video on December 1, also stars Parvathy Thiruvothu, Prachi Desai, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Tharun Bhascker and others.
