Devil and Farzi star Kavya Thapar signs back-to-back Telugu films; find out about them here...

Kavya Thapar is now a popular name in Telugu cinema, with back-to-back films in her kitty. She started her career with the film Ee Maya Prememito in 2018. But her actual claim to fame was Ek Mini Katha, which was released during COVID in 2021, and that too as a digital release. The film ended as a smash hit and gave Kavya a new lease of life in Telugu cinema.

Then, she acted in the Raj and DK series Farzi, which was also a smash hit. Well, things are finally working out for her as she has signed back-to-back interesting projects in Telugu. First in line is Ravi Teja's Eagle, where she plays the female lead.

Kavya reprises the role of Ravi Teja's wife and grabbed attention with her bold look at the trailer launch event in Hyderabad. Eagle is all set to release on January 13, 2023, as a Sankranthi special.

Next in line is Double Ismart, which is being directed by Puri Jagan. The film has Ram Pothineni as the main lead and Kavya will be seen in a very interesting role, as per the news. Puri is known to showcase his heroines, and if this film clicks, there will be no looking back for her in Tollywood.

Last but not least, Kavya has also signed a film with the hero Gopichand. The action drama has also gone on floors already. Kavya is the only female lead in this film. So, she has three films lined up for the next year and even if one film clicks, her career will go to the next level. Let's hope that she makes it big in Telugu cinema, as she has the looks and talent to back it up.
