Devara Part 1 has become a smash hit at the box office and is going strong with each passing day. Though the occupancy decreased on the weekdays, things have started on an impressive note today being an October 2, 2024, holiday. The bookings for the film, especially in Telugu states are quite good.

As per the latest update, Devara Part 1 is nearing the Rs 350 crore gross. By the end of this week, the Jr NTR film will touch the coveted Rs 400 crore mark. A majority of the collection has come from the Telugu version. Devara has broken even in many areas already. In the state of Telangana, star producer Dil Raju has bagged the rights and he will see massive profits as per the news.
A grand event is being planned to celebrate the success of the film. Jr NTR is also back from the US and will kick start the post-release promotions of the film from tomorrow. He is super thrilled that his solo release after six long years has ended as a smash hit at the box office.
Koratala Siva directed the film and he was under a lot of pressure to deliver as his last film with Chiranjeevi, Acharya, ended as a big flop. The trailer of Devara won mixed reactions and there was negative talk from day one as many did not like the film. But the star power of Jr NTR has made things work.
The second part of Devara has become a hot cake and the business for the same will go to the next level post the success of part 1. In the US, Devara is making big money and is looking at a 7 million dollar weekend, which is a non-Baahubali and RRR record. In Hindi, Devara will touch the Rs 50 crore weekend. Well, we need to see how much Devara collects in its lifetime. Netflix has bagged the digital rights to the film.
