Devara actor Jr NTR openly stated his wish to collaborate on a straight Tamil film that could be dubbed in Telugu

The team of Devara, the upcoming Telugu film starring Junior NTR and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles, was recently in Chennai to promote their film. At the event, Jr NTR expressed his wish to work in a straight Tamil film with director Vetrimaaran. Keep reading to know what the actor said about his manifestation.
Jr NTR, who predominantly works in the Telugu film industry, is currently awaiting the release of his film Devara. Scheduled to hit big screens on September 27, the film is helmed by director Koratala Siva. Apart from Jr NTR, the film also stars Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in their Telugu debut.
Recently, team Devara was in Chennai to promote their film and a pre-release event was held. During the event, Jr NTR openly manifested his wish to do a straight Tamil film soon. The actor also named the director he wants to work with. Jr NTR said, "I am going to ask my favourite director, Vetrimaaran sir, let us please do one straight Tamil film and we can dub it in Telugu." The crowd erupted in joy at the actor's statement. It will indeed be a treat to watch, if the collaboration takes place between Vetrimaaran and Jr NTR.
Vetrimaaran, who has given powerful films in Tamil cinema, is currently working on Viduthalai - Part 2 which is scheduled to hit theatres in December.
