Dev Anand spent the most beautiful years of his life at his bungalow, located in Juhu, Mumbai. Recently, a media report suggested that the late actor's property was sold to a real estate company. The property, as mentioned in the report, was expected to be converted into a 22-storey tower in the city. It was apparently sold for Rs 350-400 crore. However, Dev Anand's nephew, Ketan Anand (son of Chetan Anand), has denied the speculation of the bungalow being turned into a tower.

I have checked with Devina and the familym" he told the entertainment portal. On the other hand, there was no reaction from the real estate developer, reportedly involved in the deal.

10 years ago, Dev Anand's studio was sold. The proceeds from the sale were used to purchase three apartments by his family. "One was given to Suniel, another to Devina and third to his wife Kalpana. So for the Juhu property also, everyone will get the share," a source told Hindustan Times.
Talking about the late actor's Juhu bungalow, he resided in it for 40 years with his beloved wife and children.
