Shahid Kapoor’s Farzi was the most watched show of 2023. However, it is not the most loved. Another series, which is a franchise, took the top spot in the year. Farzi took the second spot. Arshad Warsi’s Asur 2, on the other hand, is the most loved show of the year. The series was the most loved in the first season as well and the second season has received as much love. The more recent series The Railway Men made it to top three. The show, featuring talents like R. Madhavan, Kay Kay Menon, Babil Khan and Divyendu Sharma, is the third most loved.
Top 5
One of the more awaited series Scam 2003, which was about the Stamp Paper scam by Abdul Karim Telgi, also released in 2023. The web series came fifth on the list. Aspirants’ second season, also a recent release, ranked fourth.
Bottom 5
Not just Bhuvan Bam’s Taaza Khabar or Aditya Roy Kapur’s The Night Manager, Jim Sarbh’s Rocket Boys 2 also came in bottom five. Taaza Khabar missed top five and came on the sixth spot, despite being among the most viewed in the year. The Night Manager came sixth as most loved, even if it was the second most loved. Rocket Boys’ second season came ninth on the list. Sandeep Bhaiya, a spin-off of Aspirants, also made it to top 10. The show, featuring Sunny Hinduja in the lead role, ranked eighth on the list. Neeraj Pandey’s The Freelancer, which was a more recent release, came 10th. The show featured Mohit Raina in the lead role and Anupam Kher as an important character.
