Bollywood's power couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are pregnant. The couple made a big announcement on Thursday morning (February 29). According to the reports, the actress is in her second trimester and her delivery is due in September 2024.

As soon as Ranveer and Deepika announced their pregnancy, fans have been continuously commenting on the post congratulating the mom and dad-to-be. Their friends from the film industry also congratulated the couple in the comments section. Deepika's Chapaak co-star Vikrant Massey commented, "OMGGGGGGG!!!! Bahut bahut shubhkamnaen aap dono ko!!!" while Kriti Sanon wrote, "Omg!!!! Congratulations you two!!!" There have been rumors about the pregnancy of Deepika for quite some time now. A source informed The Week, “The actor is said to be in her second trimester.” It is to be noted that the couple made the announcement weeks after Deepika confessed that she wants to have kids with Ranveer. Recently, while speaking to Vogue Singapore, she said, "Absolutely. Ranveer and I love children. We look forward to the day when we will start our own family."
