Comedian Dave Chappelle adds another chapter to his Netflix stand-up saga with The Dreamer, a special featuring Morgan Freeman as narrator. This marks a first-time collaboration between the two comedy giants, raising anticipation for what promises to be an unforgettable experience. Now, Netflix has dropped the trailer of Dave Chappelle's latest comedy special.

The trailer has Morgan Freeman saying, “What do you dream about? Not the dreams you have in your sleep, the ones you hold in your heart. Don’t be intimidated by the audacity of your dream, be inspired by it. What happens to a dream deferred? Lucky for Dave, he doesn’t know.” The Dreamer was shot in Chappelle’s hometown in Washington D.C.

His other specials for Netflix were – The Age of Spin, Deep In the Heart of Texas, Equanimity, The Bird Revelation, Sticks & Stones and The Closer. Dave Chappelle became instantly viral back in 2021, after the release of The Closer special, where he joked about the transgender community. According to reports, his jokes even made a lot of people, including those who worked at Netflix, upset. Hence, the streaming giant had to stop working with him.
