Dasara OTT release date: This is when the Nani, Keerthy Suresh starrer will be out

Dasara is Nani's biggest release and has completed two weeks of its run already. The film has grossed over 100 crores at the box office and is still going strong in Telugu states. The period drama has made over 55 crores in just Telugu states which is a record in itself for Nani's career. Srikanth Odela has directed this film which had Keerthy Suresh as the heroine.

Now that the film is in its third week, the focus has shifted towards its OTT release. We at OTTplay had already revealed that the film will be out on Netflix. Well, we have now come to know that Dasara will mostly start streaming from the 30th of May on Netflix. The streaming giant has spent a bomb to buy the rights of Dasara and the makers recovered half of the budget costs with these rights itself.

The word is that the scenes that were edited out in the theatrical screening will be added in the OTT run. Sudhakar Cherukuri produced Dasara on a budget of over 50 crores and made double the money. Nani's makeover, the way he aggressively promoted the film made sure Dasara had a terrific opening.

But sadly, Dasara was a flop in Hindi as it did not find many takers. In a few areas in Andhra also, Dasara did not get into the profit zone. But overall, the film has ended as a massive hit at the box office and now the wait is for its OTT release. Nani is now busy with his new film which is a family drama. A debut director is helming this film and Mrunal Thakur plays the female lead.
