Daaku Maharaaj Trailer OUT: Nandamuri Balakrishna shines in high-octane film; Bobby Deol looks menacing in villainous avatar

Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer Daaku Maharaaj is one of the most-awaited Telugu films of 2025. The film has been garnering a lot of attention ever since it was announced. Today, January 5, the makers released the fascinating trailer of Daaku Maharaaj. The two-minute-long video offers a glimpse into an intense and action-filled plot. 

Daaku Maharaaj trailer is out

The trailer of Daaku Maharaaj shows Nandamuri Balakrishna as a dacoit who is hailed as 'Daaku Maharaaj.' However, he also has a softer side as he is seen sharing a close bond with a child.

Then the trailer shows Bobby Deol who is featured as the villain. He is seen recreating a gesture from his film Animal, where he puts his finger to his lips and asks someone to shut. The film shows Nandamuri Balakrishna fighting several people in the forest as a huge fire engulfs him.

Fans react to Daaku Maharaaj trailer

Reacting to the trailer, a fan said, “Wow super trailer Jai Balayya.” Another fan wrote, “Balaya from Wakanda.” "Excellent trailer... Goosebumps pakka.. Jai Balayya," wrote a fan. 

A third fan said, “Super but wrong time for movie release. Everyone knows and showing interest to see #Gamechanger and #SankranthikiVasthunnam but there is no proper reach about #DaakuMaharaj.”

Daaku Maharaaj is produced on a grand scale by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya. The film is set for a worldwide release on January 12, 2025, as a special Sankranti offering.

Apart from Nandamuri Balakrishna and Bobby, Urvashi Rautela, Pragya Jaiswal, Shraddha Srinath, and Chandhini Chowdary also feature in the film. Daaku Maharaaj has been written and directed by Bobby Kolli. The music is by S Thaman.
