D150 update: Dileep-starrer to be Onam 2024 release; filming wrapped up

Actor Dileep is gearing up for the release of his upcoming family drama this Onam. The filmmakers recently announced that the movie's filming is now complete. in a video that they posted, the actor is seen saying goodbye to locals at the shooting location in Kochi. The untitled project, which is helmed by Binto Stephen, who gained recognition as Diju Jose Antony's chief associate, is anticipated to produce a good family entertainer during the festive season.

Sharis Mohammed, who is well-known for writing screenplays for films like Ellam Sheriyakum, Queen, and Jana Gana Mana, wrote the script for D150. A supporting cast that includes Siddique, Bindu Panicker, Manju Pillai, and Johny Antony, along with Dhyan Sreenivasan and Dileep, adds even more anticipation to the project. The pooja ceremony took place in Kochi on April 3.

D150 to be a 2024 Onam release

With the actor's previous films receiving only mediocre reviews, expectations for this one are high. The film is set against the backdrop of Ernakulam. D150 is expected to enthral audiences with its blend of humour, which is apparent in the majority of Dileep's films, and is scheduled for release during the joyous Onam season.

Unfortunately, due to negative reviews from viewers, Dileep's Thankamani failed to leave much of an impression at the box office. Pavi Caretaker, his most recent release, likewise did not have much of an impact on the audience or his fans.

Pavi Caretaker, Dileep's most recent movie, will soon make its digital premiere. Manorama Max will soon offer the comedy drama for streaming. It was logical to anticipate that the comedy drama would be accessible on the platform for streaming beginning the last week of July and the first week of August. Pavi, a residential flat guard in Kochi, and his best friend Bro, a labrador, are the focus of the movie. But he unexpectedly becomes friends with his flatmate, which changes his life and opens his eyes to new ideas about love.
