Custody is a film that has created a decent buzz for itself with its impressive promotions. Naga Chaitanya and Krithi Shetty play lead roles in this film which has been directed by Venkat Prabhu and will be out on the 12th of this month. Naga Chaitanya has been making headlines with his statements during the promotions of the film and once again, he has done the same now.
When asked about the flops in his and Akhil's career and why Nagarjuna is not helping his sons, Naga Chaitanya says "If I or Akhil ask my dad, he will get in a car and go to that director's office and set up a combination. He has done that in the past but now we want to make it on our own".
Naga Chaitanya also adds that they do consult their dad before signing a film but the ultimate decision is theirs. The star son says that his dad Nagarjuna did not take help of his own dad ANR and did films which he liked and became a superstar in his own right and he wants to do the same.
Naga Chaitanya plays a police constable in this film which has Arvind Swamy as the main villain. Custody is also Naga Chaitanya's debut in Tamil and he has pinned a lot of hopes on the action drama. Venkat Prabhu is known for his action films and by the trailers, one can imagine that Custody will be one hell of a ride.
