Crew worldwide box office collection day 2 - Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan & Kriti Sanon’s film continues its winning streak; mints Rs 21.06 crore

Crew worldwide box office collection day 2 - Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu and Kriti Sanon are riding high on the good response to their film Crew. Helmed by Rajesh Krishnan, the film was released on Good Friday, March 29. The film was off to a flying start at the domestic as well as worldwide box office. While it took an opening of Rs 10.28 crore in India, the global BO figures were Rs 20.07 (gross) crore. On day two, Crew has continued its winning streak at both the global as well domestic box office.

Balaji Motion Pictures shared the official day 2 worldwide box office report of Crew on Instagram. They revealed that Kareena, Tabu and Kriti's film minted Rs 21.06 crore (gross) at the box office. Considering the same, the total global box office collection of the movie stands at Rs 41.13 crore (gross). Needless to say, Crew will easily enter the Rs 50 crore club today in the international market.

While sharing the box office update, the makers mentioned, "The sky’s the limit! Join our crew as we soar to greater glory! (sic)." For the uninitiated, with an opening of Rs 20.07 crore (gross), Crew became the highest opening-day grosser for any female lead Hindi film ever.

Kareena Kapoor Khan's BTS memories from the Crew set

A few days before the film's theatrical release, Kareena Kapoor Khan shared BTS memories from the Crew set. The actress summed up her experience of working with Tabu and Kriti on the film. In the caption, Bebo wrote, "We laughed, we cried, we fought, we argued, we ate, and somewhere in between, the magic called moviemaking happened... with the best CREW ever. So grab your popcorn, switch off your phones, fasten your seatbelts, and let three badass ladies take you on your most fun flight ever (sic)."

Crew OTT partner revealed!

Meanwhile, it's been confirmed that Crew will drop on Netflix after its theatrical run. The film will apparently premiere on the streaming platform after 45 to 60 days of its release.
