It's official! Tamil actress Dushara Vijayan has come on board Vikram’s upcoming film Chiyaan 62 (tentative title). The makers of the film took to their social media handles to unveil the welcome poster of the actress. “Happy to have the talented @officialdushara joins #Chiyaan62! Welcome aboard ! (sic)”, the makers wrote in the caption. The official title of the upcoming SU Arun Kumar directorial is yet to revealed
Dushara Vijayan, one of the most sought-after actresses in the industry currently, will be sharing screen space with the Thangalaan actor for the first time. Earlier posters of SJ Suryah and Malayalam actor Suraj Venjaramoodu were released, officially welcoming them onboard.
Vikram and SU Arun Kumar’s collaboration
Produced by HR Pictures, Chiyaan 62 is touted to be an action thriller in which Vikram plays a middle-aged man. The makers had earlier released an announcement video, in which we saw Vikram beating up two men who were following a woman, trying to register a police complaint. The first glimpse gives viewers a peek into the actor’s action avatar. Other details about his character are yet to be revealed. However, the film promises to be an intriguing thriller and with ace director SU Arun Kumar’s storyline, the movie definitely has more surprises in store for audiences. For the unversed, SU Arun Kumar delivered the 2023 blockbuster film Chithha, which starred Siddharth in lead role.
