The project recently made headlines due to Chiranjeevi’s remuneration, which has become a hot topic. A source close to the unit revealed that Chiranjeevi has demanded a staggering ₹75 crore as his fee. Star hero Nani is presenting the film, while Sudhakar Cherukuri serves as the producer.
According to the source, the production team has accepted Chiranjeevi’s terms and agreed to pay the ₹75 crore. A significant portion of this amount has reportedly already been paid as an advance, officially locking the project.
Currently, Srikanth Odela is directing The Paradise with Nani, but the shoot is on hold as Nani is busy filming HIT 3 under the direction of Sailesh Kolanu. Chiranjeevi’s project will commence only after Srikanth wraps up The Paradise.
As previously reported by OTTplay, the upcoming Chiranjeevi film is a gangster drama set in the 90s. Chiranjeevi will portray a character true to his age, and the film’s music will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
