The veteran actor is now busy with the making of his upcoming film Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The movie, touted to be a gangster thriller, is expected to hit the theatres by mid-2024. As expected, the song teaser from Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film has thoroughly impressed the cinephiles, who have been expecting an electrifying number. The fans are now showering love on their dear Thalaivar, for his age-defying swag and style. Anirudh Ravichander’s catchy tune has also highly impressed the netizens.

Rajinikanth is playing the central character Deva in the upcoming Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial, which features a massive star cast including Nagarjuna Akkineni, Sathyaraj, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, Shruti Haasan, and others in pivotal roles. Aamir Khan, the Bollywood superstar is expected to make a cameo appearance, in the film. Girish Gangadharan is the director of photography. Philomin Raj handles the editing. Coolie, produced by Sun Pictures, is reportedly set to get a June 2025 release.
