Chandu Champion out on OTT: Kartik Aaryan's career-defining film arrives on streaming, but there's a catch!

Within two months of its theatrical release, Chandu Champion has dropped on OTT. The Kabir Khan directorial, which stars Kartik Aaryan in the titular role, is available to rent on Prime Video for Rs. 199. Sajid Nadiadwala, under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, produced the 2024 biographical sports drama film, while Kabir Khan wrote the script. In the role of India's first Paralympic gold medal winner, Murlikant Petkar, Kartik Aaryan shines with the audience, with critics calling it his best performance till date.

Kartik lost an incredible 20 kg to take on the physique of a boxer, and he also trained intensely in the middleweight division. He also carefully modified his diet, cutting out sweets entirely. For the sake of realism, the actor dove headfirst into professional boxing and sparred with actual champions.

Even after the release, everyone is talking about how Kartik went all out to improve his role in Chandu Champion. The actor clearly put his all into the film, from his startling physical transformation to his intensive dialect instruction. 

Moreover, it appears that Kartik's real life has also absorbed some of the qualities reflected in his training; he has transformed into a complete fitness enthusiast. The actor has begun exercising consistently.
