Considering it, the total box office collection of Kartik Aaryan's film comes close to Rs 22 crore. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the movie has grown at the box office due to positive word of mouth.
Until Kalki 2898 AD is released on the big screen, Chandu Champion has the potential to perform well at the box office. The Nag Ashwin film, starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan, is scheduled for a theatrical release on June 27, 2024.
Kartik Aaryan on response to Chandu Champion
After attending a special screening of Chandu Champion, Kartik Aaryan was overwhelmed with the response to his film. The Bollywood actor shared a video of the audience's reaction on his Instagram account and revealed how special Chandu Champion is to him.
"This movie is more than just a story for me, it’s a journey that changed my perspective about life! I’m so grateful to kabirkhankk sir and SajidNadiadwala sir for choosing me to be their champion, and it’s my greatest honor to have portrayed the role of a real-life hero Murlikant sir, I’ll forever be indebted to you (sic)," a part of his post read.
Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan's film is expected to have its digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video. However, the makers are yet to confirm Chandu Champion's OTT release date.
