Chandu Champion box office collection day 2 - Kartik Aaryan's first project with filmmaker Kabir Khan opened to positive reception on June 14, 2024. The movie, based on Murlikant Petkar's life (India's first Paralympic gold medalist), has been lauded by critics and the audience. While Chandu Champion didn't get a flying start at the box office, the sports drama witn essed growth on day two. Kartik's movie's total box office collection is nearly Rs 12 crore.

According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Chandu Champion minted approximately Rs 6.75 crore at the box office. Considering the same, the total box office collection of Kartik Aaryan's movie stands at Rs 11.50 crore. The Kabir Khan directorial witnessed a jump in its BO collection due to positive word of mouth.
The movie, based on Murlikant Petkar's life, holds a strong potential to perform well at the box office for two weeks. Once Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD hits the silver screen, Chandu Champion's collection might be affected by it.
Once Chandu Champion's theatrical run ends, the movie will have its digital release. However, the OTT platform or the release date is not confirmed yet.

Before Chandu Champion hit the big screen, Kartik Aaryan shared a glimpse of his massive transformation for the film. The actor reduced his weight from 90 kg to 72 kg for the film.
While sharing his before-and-after picture on Instagram, the actor wrote, "From 39 % body fat to 7 % body fat !! From being an ‘insomniac’ to turning into a ‘fitness enthusiast’, it’s surely a journey of one and half years to remember for me. The life of the living legend Mr Murlikant Petkar, not only made me a stronger human being but also, further installed the belief that if you can dream it, then you can achieve it... nothing is impossible (sic)."
