Tejasswi Prakash is ready to return to the TV screen with her new show, Celebrity MasterChef. The actress is among a bunch of celebrities who will put their cooking skills to the test on the show, hosted by Farah Khan. The shoot for Celebrity MasterChef has been going on for a while now. During a recent shoot, Tejasswi suffered an injury on the set. The actress sustained a severe burn on her hand while cooking a dish.

Tejasswi Prakash gets injured on Celebrity MasterChef set

Tejasswi Prakash recently injured herself while shooting for Celebrity MasterChef. The television actress interacted with the paparazzi outside her show's set. During this conversation, Tejasswi mentioned that she sustained a severe burn on her hand while shooting. "Jal gaya (it got burnt)," said Tejasswi.

Talking about her participation in Celebrity MasterChef, Tejasswi earlier said, "Reality TV has taught me to be fearless and authentic but cooking on national television is a whole new level of vulnerability. I truly believe that food is a love language, so I’ve decided to put my heart (and culinary skills) on the line to impress the audiences and I hope this is a recipe for success."

Apart from Tejasswi, many known names from the television world will be seen on Celebrity MasterChef. Rajiv Adatia, Nikki Tamboli, Archana Gautam, Usha Nadkarni, Faisal Shaikh, and Dipika Kakar Ibrahim are a part of the show. After quitting Anupamaa, Gaurav Khanna is set to be a part of the show, which will air on Sony Entertainment Television.
