Celebrity Cricket League 2025: The 11th season of CCL 2025 was to start on January 31 in Hyderabad, but the tournament has been pushed ahead and here’s what the schedule looks like now.

The 2025 edition of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) had been announced sometime ago and was to kickstart in Hyderabad on January 31 and go on till February 23. While the 8 teams – Karnataka Bulldozers, Chennai Rhinos, Telugu Warriors, Kerala Strikers, Mumbai Heroes, Punjab De Sher, Bengal Tigers and Bhojpuri Dabanggs – have been prepping for what is the 11thseason of the popular event that sees film stars light up the cricket field with scintillating action. A little while ago, the organizers announced that there’s a little change in the schedule.
CCL 2025 will now begin on February 8, Saturday, in Bengaluru, with only 2 matches in the Garden City, as against two days of cricketing action and 2 matches featuring the home team, Karnataka Bulldozers, as per the earlier schedule. While the Bulldozers, Chennai Rhinos, Bengal Tigers and Telugu Warriors will be in Bengaluru on inaugural day, the other 4 teams – Mumbai Heroes, Kerala Strikers, Bhojpuri Dabanggs and Punjab De Sher will be in Delhi on February 9.
The Valentines Day weekend is in Hyderabad, with 5 teams and 4 matches over February 14 and 15, while 4 teams will head to Cuttack on February 16. The last weekend of group stage matches will be held in Surat, with the semi-finals and the final scheduled for March 1 and 2. The venue for the semis and final are yet to be determined; it was earlier meant to be Vizag. The buzz is that the last two days will likely be in Mumbai, with Mumbai Heroes icon player Salman Khan in attendance.

All matches of CCL 2025 will be available to stream on JioCinema. There are strategic partnerships with multiple TV channels to bring the matches to audiences in different parts of the country. For instance, Star Suvarna will telecast all matches featuring the Karnataka Bulldozers with Kannada commentary, while Star Vijay Super will have all the Chennai Rhinos matches with Tamil commentary and so on and so forth.
